libgctp0d software package provides General Cartographic Transformation Package Library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgctp0d
libgctp0d is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgctp0d package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgctp0d *
You will get with libgctp0d package name, version, architecture and description in a table
